Announcing the Radio & Audio Funding Award Finalists 2018
We are thrilled to announce our 2018 Radio & Audio Funding Award finalists!
From the story of a Trump voter who changes her mind following a shocking revelation, to the personal story of civil rights activist Stokely Carmichael, to an energetic look at motorcycling culture in India – take a look at the five projects in the running to win our coveted annual Radio & Audio Funding Award.
The finalists were selected by a judging panel of radio commissioners and documentary-makers, and will present their projects at The Whickers RAFA Pitch from 4.00-5.30pm on Friday 7 September at Open City Documentary Festival. The winner will receive £7,000 towards the making of their documentary, and a runner-up will be awarded £3,000. We look forward to seeing you there!
